The TMRS COLA Study Committee will examine options for providing a benefit to Garland retirees similar the TMRS COLA with minimal financial impact to the City.  The Committee will meet at Garland City Hall from 2-4 p.m. every other Wednesday (except during certain holiday periods).  Committee members are:
